"Five decades ago I lived in Montauk, Long Island and I got my driver's license in Riverhead and back then there was a nice lady working at the Motor Vehicle Department and helped me. It is always good to do business in Long Island. The service received was excellent by Ms. Lopez who is proficient in both languages: Spanish and English which is an asset to Mr. Silk's office. I have choices of offices of State Farm locally,but I decided to go to Long Island and leave my payment. I hope this office will grow with the perfect personnel."

"Update on my experience with this agency: On February 21st, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. I paid $1,627 over the phone, while signing papers to get my new car. Thinking I wouldn't have to worry about paying the insurance for the next 6 months, I paid. I have a receipt. I returned the car through enterprises buy back program-due to it needing over $2200 in repairs. After returning the car, I left a message for Brian Silk's office that I had returned the car and need to cancel the insurance. I Did not receive a call back so i called again, I finally was able to reach someone and explained what happened- No problem, a check will be sent out I was told. It will take 5-7 buisness days. Ok. I understand. That was back in March! It is May 29th, 2024 and after going back and forth between Brian Silk's office and staff (I do not believe I have EVER spoke with Brian Silk, only his staff) and Integon (who is the insurance company in NY through NYAIP) there is such a confusion between where the $1627 went, that it's sad. Integon has NEVER received $1627 or anything close to it. The only amount they received was back when the policy was first started, with my old car, which was $455, I was told. I also have a letter that my insurance was canceled on my old car, which is not mine anymore. Then apparently they reopened the policy when the new car was added, that doesn't make any sense. Take caution. Save receipts. Hey, Brian Silk- WHERE IS MY $1627?? And I'll take the service fee of $13.15 for having to deal with this NONESENSE of doing YOUR job of contacting Integon just to find out they never received my payment! So $1640.15. Is missing, yet I have the receipt! Fyi, Sergio does not work there anymore. He was the one to take care of me last, and he is gone. They lost someone who really cared about the client's. My previous experience with Brian Silk's agency: Can not get over the customer service and hospitality at this establishment! Sergio took care of my car insurance needs, in maybe 10 minutes, and I walked out the door with insurance on my car that minute! DO NOT 2nd guess where to go to get insurance- GO HERE! They will not do you wrong!"
